Returns & Refunds
Watch Scout is a search platform that connects buyers with verified Australian dealers. Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled directly by the dealer you purchased from.
Your consumer rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have statutory rights when buying from any Australian retailer. These cover refunds, replacements, and repairs for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. These rights apply to your transaction with the dealer and cannot be excluded by any contract.
Finding a dealer's policy
Each dealer publishes their own returns and warranty policy on their website. Review it before completing a purchase. Pre-owned watches are often sold as-is, with limited return windows.
For warranty or repair claims, contact the dealer directly using the details on their site.
Reporting a listing issue
If a listing on Watch Scout appears inaccurate, such as a wrong price, sold elsewhere, or misrepresented condition, report the listing so we can flag it with the dealer and update our records.
