Payments
Watch Scout never takes payment. We're a search and comparison platform, not a dealer, retailer, or marketplace. When you find a watch you want, you complete the purchase directly with the independent Australian dealer who listed it.
How payment works
Watch Scout aggregates listings so you can search the Australian market in one place. We do not process transactions, hold inventory, take deposits, or collect card details of any kind.
When you click View at Dealer, you leave Watch Scout for the dealer's own website. Payment, invoicing, and delivery are arranged entirely between you and that dealer, on their terms.
Buying safely
Because the transaction happens with the dealer, review their payment methods, terms, and contact details before you pay. Confirm pricing and availability directly with them, as listings can change between our crawl and your visit.
If a listing on Watch Scout looks inaccurate, such as a wrong price, a watch sold elsewhere, or a misrepresented condition, report the listing so we can flag it with the dealer and update our records.
Shipping & returns
Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are handled by the dealer, not Watch Scout. See our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages for detail.
